There are so many websites, promotional codes, “hot deals,” one day deals etc… online I don’t know where to start!?! Does anyone have some true and tried steps, websites and procedure that they always use and have gotten them the best deals?

For example, I will always go to Froogle first, find the lowest price there and then I will go to keycodes.com and get promotional codes for additional savings and free shipping coupon codes?
