I used these in my third trimester and LOVED them. They helped with sitting up, rolling over, and getting into and out of bed. Before these, I was struggling to find some clever manuever and grabbing my hubby’s arm ever 2 hours (for some leverage) to get up to go pee. Neither of us were sleeping for a while. With the Bed-Pal at least he was able to sleep. You’ll enjoy checking out the web site too- illustrations are hysterical (love the guy with the watermelon on his belly!) I’ve heard that OBs may be recommending these for back & pelvic pain & post- c sections.
